All of our options listed below include a generous breakfast, a supply of shower and pool towels (changed twice weekly), access to the outdoor pool, free Wi-Fi, an independent alarm system, and free parking.
The "ROMA CAPITALE" tourist tax (Resolution 28/07/2010 n.67 of the CC) must be added to the list price at the rate of €2.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 10 days (excluding residents of Rome, children up to 10 years of age, the sick, those who assist patients admitted to healthcare facilities, at the rate of one companion per patient, and parents accompanying patients under 18 years of age).
ROSE ROOM
A charming and intimate country-style room, the Rose room has a queen-size bed and a small, independent bathroom with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.
The solution is made even more welcoming and hospitable by a small living room and a porch from which you can admire splendid views of the Roman countryside.
KING ROOM
The King Room is the ideal solution for groups of 3 people who want to share the same room.
A large and bright space has been divided into a living area with access to a small lounge and a sleeping area with a private bathroom and equipped with every comfort.
The living room is spacious, bright, and comfortable with a five-seater corner sofa. The sleeping area features a double bed and a single bed.
KING DELUXE
Our solution is ideal for both large families and young people who enjoy being close to nature and animals. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a spacious living room furnished with two large sofas, one of which easily converts into a double bed.
The DELUXE formula also has a terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast while admiring the park and the Castelli Romani.
