Children under 2 stay free. The rate includes breakfast, Wi-Fi, use of the swimming pool, twice-weekly housekeeping with linen change (when needed or at most every three days), and a FREE shuttle service to/from Campus Bio-Medico . A paid shuttle service is available upon request. B&B - Fiumicino and Ciampino Airports; B&B - Termini Station.
The prices, which are per room/apartment, must be added to the tourist tax for "ROMA CAPITALE" (Resolution 28/07/2010 n.67 of the CC) at the rate of €3.50 per person per night, up to a maximum of 10 nights (excluding children up to 10 years of age, sick people, those who assist patients admitted to healthcare facilities, at the rate of one companion per patient, and parents accompanying patients under 18 years of age).
We accept credit and debit card payments.
Arrival and departure times can be agreed upon at the time of booking based on room availability.
